1. Replacement Eligibility

We provide replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only the defective part or defective component of the product will be replaced.

  • Replacement will be processed only after verification and approval by our quality team.

  • Proof of purchase/order details are mandatory for all replacement requests.

2. No Return or Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any return or refund under any circumstances.

  • No replacement will be provided for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

  • Replacement requests based on change of mind, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or customer preference will not be accepted.

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use or handling.

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance.

  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.

  • General wear and tear due to regular usage.

4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement for a manufacturing defect:

  • Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the defective product or part.

  • Our team will inspect the complaint and confirm whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  • Once approved, only the defective part/component will be replaced.

5. Final Decision

FURRLOVERS INDIA PVT. LTD. reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the above conditions. The company's decision regarding manufacturing defects and replacement eligibility shall be final.
